These Terms and Conditions are for any and all individuals or organizations visiting MyPerfectWedding.be (known from henceforth as 'Customers') and for all individuals or organizations making purchases through MyPerfectWedding.be (known from henceforth as 'Customers'). These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and to all transactions and purchases made through the website.
Access to this website requires acceptance of all Terms and Conditions presented herein. Customers must therefore read, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions prior to site navigation, as well as the policy of Confidentiality and Data Protection by which the website is governed. Customers who do not understand any part of these Terms and Conditions must contact the site owner at linda@myperfectwedding.be for clarification before using the website or entering into any transactions or purchases on the website.
MyPerfectWedding.be reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised Terms and Conditions will apply immediately upon publication to this website.
Material Goods
The Material Goods offered via MyPerfectWedding.be are available as long as they remain in stock. Note that product descriptions are provided by individual suppliers and may not have been confirmed in detail by MyPerfectWedding.be. Photographs on the website are as accurate as possible but exact colors cannot be guaranteed due to differences in monitor settings.
Prices
The prices shown on the website are in Euros and include VAT for Belgium. MyPerfectWedding.be may modify prices at any moment, but will always honour the price displayed on the website at the time an order is placed.
Geographic Zone
The website MyPerfectWedding.be, as well as the Material Goods and Services offered on MyPerfectWedding.be, are intended for residents of Belgium.
Returns
IMPORTANT: Sales of all apparel on MyPerfectWedding.be, including wedding gowns, are final due to the individual tailoring required for these items.
Buyers may return jewelry and accessories purchased through MyPerfectWedding.be within a period of seven days after delivery for reimbursement or exchange. All returned merchandise must be received by MyPerfectWedding.be in perfect, new condition and in undamaged original packaging. Only merchandise returned in perfect, new condition and in undamaged original packaging will be accepted for reimbursement or exchange. Note that MyPerfectWedding.be is unable to accept returns mailed more than seven days after delivery. After that one week, the buyer commits to pay the total amount of her purchase even in a case of a cancellation of the wedding or death of a family member.Payment Methods
Payment must be done in the boutique using a credit card or cash only.
Alteration
Given the fact that the wedding gowns are tailor made, alterations are usually not necessary. However, My Perfect Wedding will alter the dress if it's too long or large by min 2cm. This needs to be notified to My perfect Wedding upon the second fitting session. Alterations can take up to 3 weeks.
Warranty
All Material Goods and Services provided by MyPerfectWedding.be are guaranteed as required by law. Wedding gowns and other individually-tailored apparel will not under any circumstances be reimbursed, though exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are entirely at the discretion of MyPerfectWedding.be.

Responsability
My Perfect Wedding refuses to accept responsability if the customer gained or lost weight between the first fitting session and the delivery of the wedding gown. In case of weight loss, My Perfect Wedding commits to alter the dress if possible at all, if you gained weight, My Perfect Wedding will not be held responsible.
Technology Issues
MyPerfectWedding.be declines responsibility for technology issues including but not limited to data loss, PC intrusion and viruses.
Industrial and Intellectual Property
All content, text, images, photographs, designs, graphic images, logos, labels, videos and other media on this website are owned by MyPerfectWedding.be and/or its suppliers, and may not be modified, copied, altered, reproduced, adapted or translated without the express authorization of MyPerfectWedding.be.
Visitors to the website who wish to use any of the content found on MyPerfectWedding.be, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, photographs, trademarks or labels must send an email to linda@myperfectwedding.be requesting authorization.
